When arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our representative will meet you and escort you to your hotel for dinner and an overnight. You will have a short safari briefing before the start of your safari. Enjoy a rest in the hotel waiting for your safari on the following day.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park and start your safari by exploring the open wilderness with the highest concentration of elephants in northern Tanzania, the Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is best known for its many gigantic baobab trees and its large herds of elephants; it is a home to approximately 2,500 individuals and large herds are regularly viewed. Mammals like lion, zebras, warthogs, wildebeest, buffalo can be spotted here. In dry seasons Tarangire comes alive as wildlife and bird life congregate on the Tarangire River which is a permanent source of water. Tarangire is the only place in Tanzania where the oryx and gerenuk are regularly spotted.
Dinner and overnight will be at your accommodation in Karatu.

Karatu to Serengeti National Park (Central)
Early morning after breakfast, you will drive straight to the Serengeti National Park passing through Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will reach Serengeti National Park’s gate at around 11:00 a.m. or by midday and you will have a picnic packed lunch box with you at the gate before you check-in. After lunch you will proceed with your afternoon game drive until in the late afternoon where you will drive straight to your accommodation at the central Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.

Central Serengeti to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende) following the migration crossing Mara river
Excitement will hang in the air today as you drive towards the most famous national park in the world – the Serengeti! Here, your dreams of visiting the world of Disney’s Lion King will come to pass. Today we explore the central park area, known as the Seronera area. This part of the park provides a rich habitat for wildlife, with the Seronera River winding through the land. After your first day in the Serengeti, you will have dinner and spend the night in the Seronera area.

North Serengeti to Central Serengeti (approximately 2 hours’ drive)
Early morning after breakfast, you will drive straight to the central Serengeti en-route. On the way you will see animals such as gazelles, zebras, giraffes, hippos and more. You can also catch a glimpse of predators on their hunt. Big cats can be spotted on the way and more than 500 birds species. You will reach the central Serengeti and will have a picnic lunch or drive straight to your accommodation at the central for a hot lunch. After lunch you will proceed with your afternoon game drive until in the late afternoon where you will drive back to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro crater to Karatu
After breakfast drive straight to Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the Largest Unbroken Calderas on the Planet with over 25,000 Wild Creatures in the Caldera More Prides Per Capita than Anywhere on Earth. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and the best place in East Africa to see the Big Five, Lions, Leopard, Black Rhino, Elephants, and Buffalo. It is one of the world’s most astonishing and among the 8th wonders of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The black rhino can easily be sighted in the crater. Think of another place in the world where you can see such a unique setting with diverse scenery, prolific wildlife and birdlife, and an ecosystem like no other. In the afternoon after lunch, ascend the crater and drive straight to your accommodation in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
After breakfast at your accommodation, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing drive with picnic lunch. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of African animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos, attracted by the algae in the lake. You will have lunch at a picnic site and after further game viewing, drive back to Arusha or at the airport to catch your flight to the next destination.
